Must have the following to apply:
- Six (6) months of experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
- Valid Driver's license
- CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
- Current CPR Certification
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication
Required Screenings:
Background Checks Level II; Reference Checks; Motor Vehicle Record Checks;TB Clearance Per State Regulations.
Job Description:
Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:
- Housekeeping and Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Personal hygiene care
- Transportation assistance
- Other light duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
- Talk and listen
- Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
- Lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to type on a computer keyboard
- Noise may be moderate to loud
- Temperatures in home-like or office settings may vary
