Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the facility's goals and objectives. Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention programs. Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Administer benefits, payroll, and performance management systems. Lead HR initiatives to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement. Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
