Job Description
An opportunity to contribute to a pharmaceutical facility by supporting the cleaning of cleanrooms and ensuring aseptic conditions are maintained. Responsibilities
Perform routine sanitization of aseptic areas and conduct environmental monitoring.
Maintain cleanliness and sterility of cleanroom environments and equipment.
Participate in event response and deviation investigations as needed.
Record and review data in batch production records (BPRs) using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Provide input on SOPs and other controlled documents.
Train peers in sanitization procedures and cross-functional systems.
Follow all safety and environmental protocols in daily operations.
Support process alignment across Aseptic Core Sanitization, Cartridge and Vial Filling Lines, Wash & Sterilization, and Formulation.
Essential Skills
Experience with Bioworks, manufacturing operations, and biotechnology.
Knowledge and exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Experience in healthcare or previous manufacturing experience.
Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Previous housekeeping or sanitization experience is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in regulated environments such as pharma, food, medical devices, or cosmetics.
Bioworks or Associates degree in Biotechnology.
Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing environment with long shifts, typically 12 hours, and a 2-2-3 schedule. Initial training will occur during the day, Monday to Friday, before transitioning to the designated shift. Employees will change into scrubs and wear close-toed shoes or work boots, which are provided. The work environment is demanding but supportive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.01 - $24.01/hr.
