Job Description
Position Summary
The Senior Quality & Regulatory Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting and partnering with the Quality & Regulatory Systems team to oversee all aspects of the EtQ Reliance system across all Tecomet sites. This role manages system implementation, configuration, validation, maintenance, and ongoing support activities enterprise-wide.
The individual in this position must possess (or develop) deep functional and technical expertise in EtQ Reliance and serve as a key liaison between Tecomet and EtQ (Hexagon). The role supports project management initiatives and ensures alignment of EtQ applications with Tecomet’s regulatory, financial, operational, and customer growth objectives.
Principle Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between Tecomet and EtQ (Hexagon) for all system-related needs.
Manage and maintain system configuration, validation, and implementation project timelines.
Oversee and support all phases of EtQ implementation activities across sites.
Coordinate and manage software validation activities in compliance with quality system requirements.
Partner with IT on projects that integrate or interface with EtQ.
Lead and manage new system enhancement requests and user requirements through structured projects.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact for EtQ troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Lead individual and group training initiatives for new module implementations and system updates.
Establish and maintain user access, roles, and permissions.
Develop and maintain site-level backup resources (“Site Champions”) to ensure local system expertise is available.
Coordinate and lead global Site Champion meetings and collaborative sessions.
Support additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.
Credentials/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, or a minimum of 3 years of direct EtQ Reliance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in EtQ Reliance system implementation and/or maintenance.
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) within regulated industries.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Scripting skills (e.g., EtQ Script, PowerShell, VBA) for automation and data validation.
Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction, troubleshooting, and backend reporting.
Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and automated reporting.
Experience working with APIs to integrate EtQ with ERP or other enterprise systems.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within defined timelines.
Foundational knowledge of project management tools and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-motivated with a positive, high-energy attitude.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Pay Range
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 / year
