We need a seasonal employee to assist with our corn and soybean crop production season. The employee will complete all assigned duties related to growing these crops, including attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, seed drills, and harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, planters, sprayers, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation equipment, and other farm machinery; planting, cultivating, weeding, spraying, fertilizing, irrigating, and harvesting crops; applying fertilizer and pesticide solutions to control insects, fungus, weeds, and diseases; irrigating soil using portable pipes or ditch systems and maintaining ditches, pipes, pumps, and pivot irrigation systems; loading and unloading crops and materials manually or with conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, or hand trucks; adjusting and monitoring equipment controls; hauling crops, supplies, and tools using farm semi-trucks; inspecting, adjusting, and completing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and irrigation systems; cleaning work areas, equipment, and facilities; maintaining farm grounds and landscaping; and maintaining and repairing farm vehicles, implements, equipment, buildings, fences, and other farm structures. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
