Job Description
The role focuses on maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and machinery. The Maintenance Technician is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of mechanical and electrical systems within the facility.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Observe devices in operation to identify potential problems and ensure they function correctly.
Remove and examine defective parts to determine the root cause of malfunctions.
Document maintenance activities accurately and timely for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Align operations with customer and company objectives to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to read and troubleshoot schematics and PLC systems.
PLC control and three-phase electrical maintenance knowledge.
Experience with conveyor systems and plumbing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of industrial electricity (AC/DC, high/low voltage).
Familiarity with mechanical components and diagnostic tools.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Proficiency in basic math (fractions, decimals, units of measure).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in fast-paced, multi-task environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.89 - $28.89/hr.
