Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
Under close supervision from EHS leadership, the intern will;
-Be involved in safety and Gemba walks, as well as incident investigations
-Administer safety training on topics such as fall protection, hearing conservation, and LOTO
-Perform data analysis of leading and lagging indicators, as well as other metrics
-Participate in safety and ergonomic improvement activities
-Lead daily MDI EHS meetings
-Perform air and noise sampling throughout the facility
-Create EHS communication tools; Shift start talks, newsletter articles, One Point Lessons, Safety Alerts, etc.
-Participate in Safety and Sustainability projects, as well as gain exposure to environmental compliance activities
-Gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes and interact with several layers of leadership
Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
$18.00 - $26.50
