Coordinate end-to-end logistics for onsite and offsite training programs across multiple NJ locations.
Manage training timelines including calendar invites, registration (OneProfile), class rosters, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
Arrange catering and manage dietary requirements for in-person sessions.
Partner with training leads and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution.
Data & Reporting
Support reporting for Operations learning hours and mandatory compliance training (in collaboration with BEST team).
Track attendance, submit LMS service tickets, create courses/links, and manage training records.
Compile facilitator feedback reports and prepare monthly/yearly learning hours reports.
Analyze training data to improve learning effectiveness.
Candidates for Data Coordinator Specialist II must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Finance & Administration
Submit expense reports and manage receipts.
Prepare chargeback documentation (cost centers, training costs) and coordinate with Finance.
Create Purchase Orders and confirm receipt of goods in My Market.
Draft and distribute training communications (emails, newsletters).
Support Learning Operations website updates.
Create bi-monthly Learning Operations newsletter.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience in Learning, HR, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
Exposure to Communications, Marketing, or Data Analytics is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be willing to travel and work onsite 5 days/week as needed.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
