CNC Machinist – Mill or Lathe
Pay: $20–$30/hour
Work Environment: Climate‑controlled shop
Shifts Available
Weekday: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Night: Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM–1:00 AM ( $2/hr shift differential )
Weekend: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist (Mill or Lathe) to set up, program, and operate CNC machines while meeting customer specifications , quality standards , and 5S requirements .
Key Responsibilities
Interpret customer specifications and prints
Enter and edit CNC programs
Set up tooling and fixtures
Operate and monitor CNC mills or lathes
Follow 5S and safety protocols
Perform other machining duties as assigned
Essential Skills
CNC Mill or Lathe experience
CNC programming and program editing
Skilled with micrometers and measuring tools
Strong math skills and attention to detail
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Ability to work with complex machines and tooling

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Claremore, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
