Position Overview
The role involves verifying component lot numbers, monitoring output quality throughout the build process, and escalating any identified defects to the appropriate team lead or quality personnel. Additional responsibilities include preparing completed orders for outbound shipping and ensuring all packing aligns with the corresponding order documentation.
Type : 10-month contract | Hours : M-F 8-4:30pm | Location : Claremont, CA
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to all internal policies, standard operating procedures, and mandatory training protocols.
Execute tasks in accordance with assigned work orders, operational instructions, and build plans.
Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and all relevant regulatory frameworks, including cGMP, MDD, and GDPMDS.
Source and stage bulk materials required for production runs.
Verify and retrieve inventory components using accurate lot number identification.
Conduct in-process quality checks to detect potential product defects; escalate findings promptly to the supervisor or quality team.
Prepare and package completed orders for outbound delivery in accordance with customer specifications.
Maintain a high service level (98% or above) by consistently delivering accurate and on-time production output.
Build products with precision and efficiency, selecting the correct parts and verifying lot numbers at each stage.
Apply careful attention to detail to minimize errors; communicate any discrepancies to a supervisor without delay.
Provide peer support and informal guidance to newly onboarded assembly team members as needed.
Assist in the preparation of clinical trial kit assemblies as directed.
Undertake additional tasks as required by operational needs.
Required Competencies

Ability to receive, interpret, and apply operational instructions reliably.
Proficiency in matching and cross-referencing numerical identifiers.

Commitment to continuous learning and expanding knowledge of components and assembly techniques.
Education & Background
High school diploma or equivalent credential required.
