Essel Journeyman HVAC Installer in Claremont, California
Essel is looking for an experienced Journeyman HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a self-motivated professional who is skilled in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. As a Journeyman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed and functioning correctly to provide optimal comfort for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork and refrigeration systems based on specifications.
Provide thorough maintenance and repair services for HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to execute installations accurately.
Collaborate with project managers and apprentices to ensure timely completion of projects.
Stay current with industry standards and regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines.
Communicate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide expert recommendations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid HVAC Journeyman license or significant equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and residential/commercial equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor with clients.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
