ManpowerGroup Programmable Operator in Clare, Michigan
Our client in Clare MI, is seeking a Programmable Operator to join their team. As a Programmable Operator, you will be part of the production department primarily working on the robotic welder and fabricating of products utilizing CNC Machines.. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Programmable Operator
Location: Clare, MI
Pay Range: $18.50 to $19.50 an hour depending on shift
Shift:
1st shift - 8 am to 4 pm
2nd shift - 4 pm to 12 am
3rd shift - 10 pm to 6 am
overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time and can be heavy, including Saturdays
What's the Job?
Inspect incoming material for quality specifications and quantities.
Operate and program robotic welders and CNC machines to fabricate products.
Set up machines, adjust process variables, and ensure products meet quality standards.
Maintain inventory control by labeling and verifying raw materials.
Record work order details, labor, and downtime accurately in the system.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with machinery, CNC programming, or related fields.
Knowledge of blueprint reading, AutoCAD, welding, and thermal cutting machinery preferred.
Ability to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and use measuring devices like calipers and micrometers.
Must obtain a Crane License and forklift license.
