Job Title: Order Selector Job Description
Join our team as an Order Selector, where you will play an essential role in order fulfillment within a cold storage warehouse. You will utilize Crown Reach Trucks, single/double riding pallet jacks, and RF Scanners to efficiently process orders.
Responsibilities
Fulfill orders in a cold storage environment using Crown Reach Trucks and riding pallet jacks.
Operate RF Scanners to accurately track inventory and orders.
Handle mostly full pallet orders with occasional case picking for small clients.
Maintain a relaxed and efficient work pace without high quotas or volume pressure.
Essential Skills
Experience operating a stand-up reach lift.
Proficiency with electric pallet jacks.
Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory and order tracking.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in similar environments such as Alpine, JD Refrigerated, Kroger, Sygma, KeHE, UNFI, McClane, DPI, or Lineage is beneficial.

Work Environment
Work in a small, 19-door refrigerated warehouse with temperatures of 42 degrees on the shipping side and 15 degrees on the picking side. Proper attire includes steel-toe boots, vests, and full-body bibs for cold protection. Enjoy a super relaxed atmosphere in a sub-temperate cold storage facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clackamas, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
