ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Maintenance Planner in Clackamas, Oregon

Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Planner to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Planner

Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay Range: $40.00

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Develop and coordinate detailed maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.

  • Schedule preventative maintenance and prioritize repair tasks to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage maintenance records, track work orders, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

  • Supervise CMMS activities, develop preventive maintenance programs, and oversee equipment upkeep.

What's Needed?

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a high-output manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (preferably EAM).

  • Project management experience, including capital projects, is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work off-shift and weekends as required.
