About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Batcher to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients/materials according to batch instructions to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Batching & Production
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients or materials according to batch sheets and formulas
Follow production instructions with high accuracy and consistency
Operate batching equipment, mixers, and scales safely and efficiently
Monitor batches during production to ensure quality standards are met
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards
Maintain accurate batch records and documentation
Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
Report any inconsistencies, defects, or material issues
Material Handling & Support
Stage and prepare raw materials for production use
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
Support inventory tracking and material usage reporting
Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals
Required Qualifications
1+ year of manufacturing, production, or batching experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Basic math skills (measuring, weights, conversions)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in food or beverage production environment
Familiarity with GMP standards and sanitation procedures
Forklift or material handling experience is a plus
