Services Operations Intern
Your role:
Consolidate and report operational KPI results
Perform in-depth analysis of performance deviations and identify root causes
Design and implement automation solutions for root cause analysis to improve efficiency and scalability
Maintain and regularly update information related to FCO progress in SMAX, ensuring transparency and traceability
You're the right fit if:
Education: Degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish
Technical Skills:
Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools, including Power BI
Knowledge of Python and AI-driven analytics solutions
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
