Philips Quoting Specialist in Ciudad de Panama, Panama

Quoting Specialist

Responsible for preparing accurate, complete, and compliant commercial quotes, ensuring a high level of quality, clarity, and timeliness. This role plays a critical part in supporting Sales and cross‑functional teams by delivering first‑time‑right quotes while continuously improving quoting & configuration processes.

Your role:

  • Prepare and review quotes with strong attention to accuracy, completeness, compliance, and alignment with pricing and commercial terms.

  • Analyze configurations, pricing structures, and contractual elements to identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies, applying strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal, with internal stakeholders across functions.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to support efficient and high‑quality deal execution.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while managing multiple priorities through a structured, detail‑oriented approach without compromising quality.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset, enabling accurate identification of errors, inconsistencies, risks, and data-driven insights

  • Proven problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach in fast‑paced and detail‑critical environments.

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams while upholding high standards of integrity, honesty, and transparency.

  • Experience or knowledge in quoting, pricing, commercial operations, configuration management, and/or continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
