Quoting Specialist
Responsible for preparing accurate, complete, and compliant commercial quotes, ensuring a high level of quality, clarity, and timeliness. This role plays a critical part in supporting Sales and cross‑functional teams by delivering first‑time‑right quotes while continuously improving quoting & configuration processes.
Your role:
Prepare and review quotes with strong attention to accuracy, completeness, compliance, and alignment with pricing and commercial terms.
Analyze configurations, pricing structures, and contractual elements to identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies, applying strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal, with internal stakeholders across functions.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to support efficient and high‑quality deal execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while managing multiple priorities through a structured, detail‑oriented approach without compromising quality.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset, enabling accurate identification of errors, inconsistencies, risks, and data-driven insights
Proven problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach in fast‑paced and detail‑critical environments.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams while upholding high standards of integrity, honesty, and transparency.
Experience or knowledge in quoting, pricing, commercial operations, configuration management, and/or continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
