Master Data Specialist
Responsible for analyzing complex datasets from various sources to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that align with business objectives and compliance standards, working under general supervision.
Your role:
Analyzes complex datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that support data‑driven decision‑making and business objectives.
Creates clear, impactful reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
Develops and maintains databases and data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, security, and adherence to data governance best practices.
Partners with cross‑functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, product) to understand analytic needs and deliver insights that drive strategic and operational initiatives.
Ensures data quality, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA/PHI), and audit readiness through validation processes, documentation, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree in information management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Modelin.
Demonstrates strong capabilities in data analysis and interpretation, data harmonization and processing, and the application of statistical methods to support data‑driven insights.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
