Pricing Assistant/Analyst (Remote Role)

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivatedPricing Assistant / Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience and very good English communications skills to join our Deal Operations Center Team. Please attach your resume in English.

In this role, you will be responsible for enabling the revenue process by creating pricing models, managing contract packages, and converting data into actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute Deal Support: Develop and review pricing models, quotes, and contract packages to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the opportunity life cycle.

  • Drive Data-Informed Insights: Analyze customer and sales data from multiple systems to create custom reports and presentations that identify emerging trends and provide actionable recommendations for deal performance.

  • Ensure Global Compliance and Quality: Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and complete complex due diligence and information security questionnaires to ensure all in-country opportunities align with Iron Mountain’s internal policies and procedures.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in sales support functions or global deal operations.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and advanced Microsoft Excel, with a deep understanding of pricing tools and any CRM. We use Salesforce.com.

  • Proven ability in data analysis and organizational management, specifically the ability to multitask and maintain a sense of urgency while managing multiple concurrent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Mandatory fluency in English with superior proficiency in both written and oral communication; a University Degree in business or economics is preferred.
