The Banking team provides sector expertise and strategic advisory solutions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic financings to corporate, financial service and public sector clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with our fixed income clients. Analyze clients' capital structure needs and potential solutions. Develop a deep understanding of the bank and institutional investor universe and the trends thatimpactthese pools of capital.

  • Originate, market,structureand execute fixed income transactions.

  • Learn howour manyproducts can be used in concert to provide afulsomesolution to the client.

  • Manage overall fixed income relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish.

  • You are graduating until July 2026 or graduated on the last 2 years.

  • Able to work in a hybrid mode.
