Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in City of Industry, California

Description We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in City of Industry, California. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office collaboration with flexible remote work. The ideal candidate will bring extensive NetSuite expertise and a strong background in financial analysis, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliation.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities to produce timely and accurate financial results.

• Develop and generate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, utilizing NetSuite for enhanced accuracy.

• Optimize NetSuite operations to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and maintain data integrity.

• Assist in preparing documentation and providing support for internal and external audits.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes and support strategic initiatives.

• Conduct variance analysis and ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.

• Perform financial modeling and data mining to identify trends and insights.

• Contribute to other accounting and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.

• Proven hands-on experience with NetSuite, including reporting and optimization.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Familiarity with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
