EMSL Analytical, Inc. Part Time Summer Laboratory Intern (Login) in Cinnaminson, New Jersey
EMSL is seeking a Part Time Summer Laboratory Intern (Login) in Cinnaminson, NJ location. This is a support position for the front office. It will include customer service, data entry, shipping, receiving, and distributing samples. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Receive environmental samples and log-in/data entry Chain of Custody into LIMS systemInspect samples to ensure sample integrity is retained and that the packaging is not compromisedGenerate analytical reports and enter data produced by analysts into the computer system for the production of the final, client ready report. Reports are generated in the priority in which the lab manager assigns themClerical duties such as answering phones, filing, faxing, assisting clients, scanning, mailing, etc. as necessaryAssist with customer services client questions via phone and e-mailKeep work area clean and organized by wiping down sample receiving area, assisting with trash and recycling removalAssist with sample preparation as needed. Requirements:High school degree or equivalentMust be proficient in MS Office and typingExcellent communication and computer skillsExcellent customer service skills - customer service experience is a plusWilling and able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-taskMust be able to prioritize work assignmentsAvailable Shifts:Position is Part-Time, Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Position is Part-Time, Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.This is a seasonal position, starting in early June and ending in mid to late August. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cinnaminson, NJ are encouraged to apply.
