*Position Summary: *
Provides comprehensive case management services to youth enrolled in Easterseals Redwood YouthBuild.
Works with academic providers, community providers and employers, to ensure participants engage in academics and work readiness training. Assists YouthBuild participants complete their graduation requirements, paid work experiences and facilitates connections to employment and/or post-secondary education.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides ongoing, objective, and customized assessments of the academic levels, work skill levels, and service needs of each program participant.
