Baseline Program Requirements:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
A minimum 3.0 GPA

Position Overview:
At Siemens Digital Industries Software, you will join a global team that's driving the future of marketing. We are looking for an eager and excited Go-To-Market Programs Intern to join our team and contribute to business wide projects via our core strategy of going to market by industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide broad project and program management support for industry marketing efforts
Utilize internal tools and systems to accurately document, track, and report on projects, and support the team in keeping those updated
Work with internal customers to facilitate completion of marketing deliverables on time
Support ad hoc strategic initiatives throughout the duration
Requirements :
You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Hybrid if local to Cincinnati, OH or Livonia, MI office; also open to fully remote US based candidate.
You possess excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills to team members, stakeholders, and senior leaders
You demonstrate critical thinking/problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset in seeing projects and tasks through, and driving a team to project / task completion
You are interested in structuring and managing projects, and gaining exposure to working with a global team
You are proficient in Microsoft Office systems: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
You demonstrate leadership skills, excitement, and ability to be self-sufficient
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education.
