Actalent Sr. Construction Project Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio
Job Description
Small firm of 30+ employees producing $65M of project revenue yearly. This person will mainly focus on commercial retail projects.
Responsibilities
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy guidelines.
Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients and C/E contracts to facilitate construction activities.
Monitor and control the construction administrative direction of on-site Superintendents to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategy meetings.
Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, income, and expenses, to protect the company's interests while maintaining good relationships with clients.
Supervise the work of Project Managers 1 & 2 when assigned.
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in commercial construction.
7+ years of experience in construction and management.
A 4-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
