Robert Half Senior Project Manager – ERP (IFS Cloud Upgrade) in Cincinnati, Ohio
Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale, complex ERP initiative centered on an IFS Cloud upgrade. This role is critical to a high-visibility program currently in an intensive phase of rollout, requiring strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to navigate evolving requirements and aggressive timelines.
Duration: 6 month contract
Schedule: Core Hours - PST preferred
Location: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams within a complex ERP implementation, specifically an IFS Cloud upgrade
Drive project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are consistently met
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
Facilitate project meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure clear ownership of action items
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency across the program
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and executive-level updates
Adapt project strategies and plans in response to evolving scope, priorities, and timelines
Collaborate with other project managers and program leadership to ensure cohesive delivery
Requirements
Proven experience leading ERP implementations, with direct experience in IFS required
Strong foundation in project management methodologies, with the ability to remain flexible and adaptive
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions at all organizational levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and project tracking/reporting tools
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on large, enterprise-level ERP transformations
Familiarity with cross-functional program delivery in complex environments
Prior experience co-leading programs or managing multiple project managers
