If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate Practice Operations to join our Advisory Operations team. Responsibilities: Manage the completely new hire onboarding process by creating and maintaining onboarding materials, granting access to collaboration sites, sending welcome resources, adding new members to all relevant team pages and contact lists, and forwarding standing meeting invitations Coordinate with Sales Leaders to assign accounts and gather targets, notifies the Compensation team to ensure plan issuance, requests new charge codes as needed, and schedules new hires for key training programs like Launch at Lakehouse Assist with preparing and polishing presentation content for All Hands and leadership meetings, and handle the coordination of logistics, invites, and agendas for various team meetings Provide dedicated support to the People Council by managing initiatives, scheduling meetings, and tracking action items, while simultaneously overseeing the shared team mailbox to triage and respond to all inquiries within defined SLAs Responsible for maintaining data accuracy across the team by continuously updating rosters for reporting, and ensuring all distribution lists, account and assignment lists, contact directories, and team trackers are current Support core business operations by performing initial reviews of expense reports for policy alignment, and assisting with various ad-hoc operational tasks and process improvement initiatives as needed Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum two years of recent experience in operations, administrative, coordinator roles, or professional services and sales operations experience is preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required Strong proficiency with collaboration tools (SharePoint/Teams/Google Workspace), Outlook, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides) Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong follow-through Basic familiarity with expense processes, rosters, and access management preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
