This is a hybrid opportunity. Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable data ingestion process to integrate data sources into cloud infrastructure; perform a variety of tasks related to the governance,managementand maintenance of data, including but not limited to development of ETL workflows, metadatamanagementand reporting Document data interfaces and data mappings; analyze and interpret data; develop business and technical requirement documents Design, build andmaintaindata pipelines with scalable transformations to ingest data to the Azure Data Lake; develop scripts for validation, maintenance & performance tuning Collaborate with Data Solution Lead, developers,architects,analystsand create technical design and propose solution approaches to meet business requirements. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve quality and accelerate delivery Assistproject managers in creating effective and achievable project plans and secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project stakeholders Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum three years of recent experience in developing and implementing technology projects in complex organization with multiple stakeholders; MS Azure experience, including Databricks and Azure Data Factory isrequired Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred Solid understanding of engineering, development, implementation and management of information technology solutions, datatoolsand platforms; knowledge of data management methodologies such as data warehouse, data lake, dimensional modeling, Slowly Changing Dimensions, and Change Data Capture. Proven experience with data manipulation and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) using common languages like SQL and python/Pyspark for developing data pipelines as well as designing and implementing CI/CD processes Knowledge of version control systems like Git; relational databases like MSSQL and familiarity with ML and GEN AI Concepts Prior knowledge of Agile deliveries and project management methodologies; analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability toidentifypatterns and generate ideas Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
