ManpowerGroup Retail Install Project Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio
Our client, a leader in retail technology deployment, is seeking a dedicated Retail Install Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Retail Install Project Manager, you will be an essential part of the Operations Department supporting multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing complex projects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte or Cincinnati. Contract to Perm possible.
What's the Job?
Oversee and coordinate multiple retail hardware installation projects across hundreds of store locations.
Lead and manage two major retail installation programs, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional communication, including store divisions, scheduling teams, and external vendors.
Manage vendor relationships, consolidating work across a reduced vendor pool to optimize efficiency.
Establish and maintain repeatable, scalable processes for retail hardware deployments, including PC refreshes and terminal replacements.
What's Needed?
Proven project management experience managing retail hardware installations, especially in large-scale environments.
Experience overseeing large retail rollouts involving hundreds to thousands of locations.
Background in IT hardware refreshes, POS systems, or retail technology deployments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with third-party vendors and internal teams.
