Job Title: Project Manager Non-Technical. Location: Cincinnati, OH (Remote ). JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for all aspects of assigned non-technical projects. Projects may be focused on marketing, sales, finance/accounting, legal, business planning, business operations, customer service, or other non-technical subjects. Typically involves extensive interactions with cross-functional teams of various functional areas of the business. Responsibilities: Coordinate variety of marketing projects from basic to complex fully integrated marketing programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to learn more about new project details, summarize essential info (i.e., objective, scope, expectations) and work with a cross-functional support team of copywriters, designers and videographers throughout the asset creation and deliverable process. Assist in leading kickoff and status meetings for complex projects and creating tickets for work to be performed. Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project or task. Monitor and manage the brand, creative and content team's tasks to ensure deadlines are met as well as reset stakeholder expectations when priorities change; manage workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines; accordingly, manage capacity and resource planning. Give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues. Manage technology related to team process and project management: Jira, Raindrop and others as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience administering Jira and Atlassian products. Strong understanding of Jira workflows, permission schemes, and project configurations. Experience with Jira automation, scripting. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 2 years of marketing experience, preferably prior experience in a traffic manager or similar role. Strong project management, organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a matrixed organization. Excellent verbal/written communications and people management skills. Additional skills required include time management, an eye for detail and problem-solving skills. General Duties & Responsibilities: Plans and coordinates all aspects of non-technical projects from initiation through delivery. Manages project initiation activities that include identifying contractual obligations, client or business needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed. Ensures requirements for internal projects align to operational standards. Develop alternate requirements or document exceptions as appropriate. Develops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identifies the resources needed for projects, defines and assigns major project roles. Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope. Assigns and monitors work of project team, providing analytical support and direction. Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed. May manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks, and track and review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, if appropriate for the project.
