CBRE Project Manager-Multiuse Facility Construction in Cincinnati, Ohio
About the Role
The Project Manager provides consulting services for our multi-usefacility client account to help achieve the company's strategic businessobjectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. Theyare responsible for the management of projects from initiation throughcompletion. Projects consist of both ground up and facility infrastructureconstruction projects. Role may require up to 50% travel regionallypredominantly in the Eastern Time Zone.
What You’ll Do
Manage all areas of projectmanagement for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design,construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Work directly with clients toprepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, projectdelivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule& milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project deliveryresources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualificationprocess. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations,and recommend resources to clients.
Implement projectdocumentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrityand documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Direct the project deliveryteam by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
Create action plans to meetobjectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and reportstatus and variances.
Demonstrate ability toidentify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Apply in-depth knowledge ofstandard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignmentsand provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and sharein-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several jobdisciplines within the function.
Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service,Excellence) values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach anagreement.
Impact a range of customer,operational, project, or service activities within own team and other relatedteams.
What You’ll Need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in theUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience is strongly desired.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
