JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Workflow * Assists in the facilitation of workflow analysis and improvement. * Uses standard techniques to facilitate change management plans. Project Management * Develop and manage low complexity project plans and assist in the development and management of moderately complex projects. * Maintain issues lists, meeting minutes, agendas, status reports and other project artifacts. * Organize project meetings. * Provide regular updates and escalate issues as necessary. Customer Service * Develop understanding of change management processes and activities. * Model outstanding customer service including timely follow-up and prompt escalation. Process Improvement * Develop ability to analyze technology capabilities and future needs, including drafting requirements documents and vendor selection processes. * Develop IT domain knowledge where appropriate and coordinate expert resources where necessary. JOB QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience * No experience required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Demonstrates strong administrative capabilities, including organization, documentation, coordination of meetings, and management of project artifacts. * Possesses a technical aptitude with the ability to understand system functionality, integrations, and data flows within enterprise applications. * Experience working in Agile environments, including familiarity with Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog management. * Exposure to or experience with Workday, including an understanding of Workday modules, business processes, or system functionality. * Experience supporting or participating in system implementations, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. * Experience using ServiceNow Project Workspace to manage project work, track tasks, maintain project artifacts, and support collaboration across teams.
