Insight Global Project Manager - HR Focused in Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Description

Role will manage multiple workstreams and projects focused on modernizing HR processes, implementing new features, and improving the way our teams operate. You’ll partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation, and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

• Lead 1–2 workstreams and manage 2–4 concurrent projects across HR technology and operations

• Drive enhancements and new feature implementations within Workday and related HR systems

• Partner with Payroll, Compensation, People Support, Talent Acquisition, and Recruiting teams to understand needs and translate them into system solutions

• Support system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements

• Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to high level stakeholders and leadership

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals

• Identify opportunities to modernize HR processes through updated technology and data driven insights

Skills and Requirements

• 3–7 years of project management or HRIS experience

• Hands on experience with Workday (HRIS)

• Strong understanding of HR functions: Payroll, Compensation, People Support, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting

• Experience supporting or participating in system implementations

• Confident presenting to and partnering with senior stakeholders • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications

• Strong data literacy and comfort working with data

• Experience in both operational HR and HR technology environments
