ManpowerGroup Print Support Technician in Cincinnati, Ohio
Our client, a leading provider of print and document solutions, is seeking a Print Support Technician to join their team. As a Print Support Technician, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting onsite hardware and software maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemblies of systems/products in accordance with standard protocols.
Assist end users with device functionality, including clearing paper jams and replacing consumables such as toner and paper.
Coordinate with support teams and report customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction to relevant management.
Perform initial troubleshooting and swap out devices with spares as needed to ensure continuous operation.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or equivalent work experience.
Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
Ability to manage consumable inventory and execute scripted change management activities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
