We See Leaders.Job OverviewThe College of Nursing invites applications from new and accomplished researchers for tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level. Following hire, candidates will submit their portfolio for review to determine tenure eligibility and appropriate rank. Essential Functions Develop and maintain an active, externally funded research program Publish regularly in high-impact, peer‑reviewed journals Submit extramural grant applications (NIH, HRSA, PCORI, foundations, etc.) Teach at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels based on expertise and program needs Mentor students, postdoctoral fellows, and others appropriate to rank Present research at regional, national and international conferences Provide service to the College, the University, and professional organizations Report to the Associate Dean for Research and PhD EducationRequired Education (Required at Time of Appointment) PhD in Nursing or related fieldRequired Experience Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research evidenced by strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
