This is a full-time, permanent onsite opportunity with our client located in Cincinnati, OH.
If you’re a proven restaurant leader who enjoys developing people, engaging with guests, and driving results across multiple outlets, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a high‑energy, guest‑focused environment.
We are seeking a Multi‑Outlet Restaurant General Manager to lead a high‑energy Sports Bar & Grill and Beverage Department, which includes three distinct outlets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full scope of the outlets business, including Front and Back of House operations, marketing, sales, financial performance, HR, and facility upkeep. You’ll serve as the hands-on leader setting the tone for service excellence, building and motivating strong teams, and creating a culture rooted in accountability, ownership, and pride in the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Financial Performance
Own all aspects of multi‑outlet operations, including staffing, training, service execution, cleanliness, maintenance, scheduling, and administrative oversight.
Drive financial results by managing budgets, controlling labor and F&B costs, and increasing revenue through menu optimization, service improvements, portion control, and waste reduction.
Ensure operational excellence through strict food safety and sanitation compliance, routine audits and inspections, policy enforcement, and close partnership with leadership and the Beverage Manager.
Guest Experience
Own the end‑to‑end guest experience, ensuring consistently high standards for product quality, service execution, and timing while addressing guest feedback in real time.
Maintain a strong on‑floor presence, actively engaging with guests and setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.
Organize restaurant operations to ensure efficient service flow, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
Human Resources (People & Leadership)
Lead all aspects of team member relations, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, recognition, and retention.
Create a high‑engagement culture by setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and supporting continuous development.
Provide consistent, honest feedback and establish operational guidelines that support effective recruiting and long‑term team retention.
Compensation & Benefits:
$85,500 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and education.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience in a high‑volume restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated success leading, developing, and motivating diverse teams.
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical skills.
• High energy, organized, and guest‑focused leadership style.
• Flexible schedule, including Fridays and Saturdays.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• Casino or resort‑style dining experience.
