If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Compensation Strategies (BPG/Business Enablement) to join our Talent & Culture organization. Responsibilities: Serve as internal consultant and strategic advisor with respective client groups (assigned groups within Business Process Groups-BPG/infrastructure) on all compensation matters (day-to-day administration, year-end compensation process, and more) Collaborate and partner with internal business segments, and Human Resource (HR) Business Advisors on compensation programs Analyze complex problems or issues, and provide strategic or tactical solutions to compensation matters Participate in salary survey and annual competitive process for business process groups, analyze survey data, and market trends to assess total compensation competitiveness, making competitive recommendations and align with recruiting and retention strategies Manage benchmarking projects/job evaluations, and analyze market salary information to assess salary ranges, and programs remain competitive Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum six years of recent experience with broad based compensation and expertise in base pay as well as variable compensation programs Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required Experience in a business/financial services consulting environment or other high growth industry Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills required to consult, as well as partner with senior leaders and HR Business Advisors Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills as well as the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
