If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, AI Application Developer to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications using .NET Core, C#, Python, and modern frameworks Integrate solutions with Azure, Google Cloud, and enterprise systems; lead troubleshooting of operational issues and performance optimization Develop Agents to interact with APIs, and other applications using techniques such as A2A and MCP, as well as ensure robust integration Collaborate work with architects to create solution designs and technical documentation Define standards and enforce code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Drive DevOps and MLOps best practices Research emerging technologies, as well as recommend best-fit solutions and solution architectures; present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum five years of overall experience in technology, and over two years of recent experience in bringing in AI platforms/Solutions to solve business problems and make a business impact, practical experience with Python, Azure AI, Google AI services or similar capabilities on other cloud platforms Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required Full-stack development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, C# and TypeScript Strong experience in Azure AI stack, AKS, API development, and DevOps practices Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, BASH, YAML) and automation testing AI/ML frameworks, agent-based development, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("KPMG") complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
