Job Summary
We are hiring a 1st Shift Carton Machine Operator to support packaging operations. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining carton machinery while ensuring product quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met. This is a solid long‑term opportunity with strong benefits once hired on permanently.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor carton machines efficiently
Load materials and ensure proper carton formation
Bag and package finished products according to quality standards
Sanitize and clean machinery as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues
Use hand tools and tape measures accurately
Operate computers and basic technology as needed
Qualifications
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Comfortable using hand tools and measuring tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
