Worksite Location(s): Lawn and Landscape Laborer will be providing

landscaping services within the following counties: Butler, Campbell,

Clermont, Hamilton, Kenton, and Warren.

Job Description: General landscaping and lawn care in an outdoor

environment. Landscaping Duties include but are not limited to general

landscape labor such as edging, weeding, trimming, blowing leaves,

mulching and other basic tasks. Lawn care duties include operating and

basic servicing of mowing equipment, weedeating and blowing grass

clippings. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Will be providing landscaping services

within the following counties: Butler, Campbell, Clermont, Hamilton,

Kenton, and Warren.

Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. Laborers will be

responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up

location at 3550 Woodford Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45213. Employer will then

provide each Laborer with daily transportation among the worksite

locations in Butler, Campbell, Clermont, Hamilton, Kenton, and Warren

county.

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: Yes. If needed,

employer intends to assist workers hired pursuant to this job order to

secure worker-paid lodging not to exceed reasonable fair market value

cost based on the number of occupants.

Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. On-the-job training will be

provided to each Lawn and Landscape Laborer.

Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths

of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

The selected option for how the worker will be provided with or

reimbursed for inbound transportation/daily subsistence is:

Reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed

earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of

return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the

worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not

return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the

employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of

employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will

be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the

distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B ASSURANCES

Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck: The employer is required to

make all payroll deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law.

First Work Week Reimbursement: The employer will reimburse the

worker in the first workweek for all visa, border, and related fees.

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will

provide all tools, supplies, and equipment at no cost to the worker.

Single Workweek for Pay: A single workweek will be used in computing

wages due as required by law.
