Worksite Location(s): Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout the
Cincinnati area including the counties Hamilton OH, Kenton KY, Clermont OH, Butler OH,
Warren OH, Campbell KY, Boone KY
Job Description: Responsible for: installation of plants, trees, topsoil; grading yards,
seeding, and sod installations; installing boulders and accent stones, mulch, low voltage
landscaping lighting, drainage swales, decorative aggregates, downspout installations;
and removing downspout installations and low voltage landscape lighting. Equipment
used: Pick-up Trucks/ Service body trucks/dump trucks, Trailers, Excavators, Bobcat
(skid steers), Dingo (walk behind bobcat), Mulch blower, and Georgia Buggy. No
education or prior work experience is required. Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry
objects up to 50 lbs. Extensive push/pull, walking, and exposure to extreme
temperatures.
Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. Workers are responsible for daily
transportation to and from the designated pick-up location at the company's location at
7707 Eustis Court, Cincinnati, Ohio 45236. Employer will then provide each work crew
with daily transportation among the worksite locations: Hamilton OH, Kenton KY,
Clermont OH, Butler OH, Warren OH, Campbell KY, Boone KY
Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: Yes. Shared housing is available in
a home owned by employer. If employee chooses to live in the optional employer
provided housing, $375 will be deducted each month, $187.50 from each bi-weekly
paycheck.
Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. Hands-on training provided during regular
shifts under supervision of experienced staff. Focus areas include: safety and hazard
communication; proper use of tools/equipment; standard operating procedures; quality
standards; customer service (as applicable); and employer policies.
If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will
arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of
recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the
worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable3
costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker
originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent
employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a
worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment
or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier
for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per
day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck: The employer will make all deductions
from the worker's paycheck required by law.
First Workweek Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek
for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those
mandated by the government (except passport fees).
Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers at
no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for
computing wages due.
