Position Title: Administrative Assistant Work Location: Cincinnati, OH 45209 Assignment Duration:12 Month (Possible Extension Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Position Summary: Serves as the Receptionist/Visitor Control Coordinator/Purchasing Aid for Cincinnati. Greets, gives directions, issues visitor badges, and answers questions for all people coming to our organization reception areas in Cincinnati. Works with the site to issue purchase orders and maintain office supply inventory. Interacts with all levels of management regarding problems or issues. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering excellent customer service using strong communication skills and a professional first impression to all visitors. Responsible for effectively dealing with difficult or challenging visitors or personnel. Work with the purchasing system to issue shopping carts / purchase orders for the site. Coordinate lunch / refreshments as needed for important site visitors. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Qualifications & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college or further education preferred. At least 2 years of customer relations experience is required. At least 2 years' experience demonstrating strong decision making and organizational skill. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint and basic computer use. Experience with purchasing systems preferred.
