Description We are looking for a skilled End User Migration Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth hardware setups and installations for end users, leveraging your expertise with various technologies. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work with leading hardware brands and contribute to efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Perform hardware installations and configurations, ensuring proper functionality for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware.
• Assist with cable installation and management to maintain organized workspaces.
• Provide support for Dell Technologies and Apple devices, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and address hardware-related problems.
• Maintain detailed documentation of installation and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of migration tasks.
• Offer user support and guidance during hardware transitions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines for technical operations. Requirements • Proficiency in working with associated hardware and computer systems.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and configurations.
• Experience with cable installation and management.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies products.
• Understanding of Apple devices and their functionalities.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills for user support and collaboration.
