What you'll own as the Director, Sales Operations

We areseekinga strategic, datadriven Director of Sales Operations, to lead the planning, processes, and insights that power our revenue organization. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership and crossfunctional teams tooptimizeperformance, enhance operational efficiency, and enable the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

  • Lead sales strategy and planning, including quota setting, territory design, and performance analysis to support revenue and productivity goals.
  • Own sales performance management by developing and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, and executivelevel insights that drive databacked decisionmaking.
  • Streamline andoptimizesales processes to improve efficiency, seller productivity, and overall operational execution.
  • Oversee the sales technology ecosystem-CRM, analytics platforms, and automation tools-ensuring strong data accuracy, effective governance, and high user adoption.
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, and other teams toalign onGTM strategies, reporting frameworks, and operational cadences.
  • Lead key sales rhythms, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, promoting accountability and consistency across the organization.
  • Manage and develop a highperforming Sales Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Provenexpertisein designing sales planning, forecasting, performance measurement, and KPI development.
  • Super admin of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and peoplemanagement skills, including experience working with executives.
  • Track recordofcreating and optimizingprocesses, driving operational discipline, and delivering measurable crossfunctional impact.
  • Experience leading and developing operational or analytical teams.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience in a channel technology, Fintech, or complex enterprisesales environment.
  • Proficiencyin BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel/Sheets.
  • Command of sales methodologies.
