[Envision is a local noprofit agency dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a Director of Supported Living. The Director of Supported Living provides strategic and caring leadership for agency's Homemaker / Personal Care services for people with developmental disabilities living in group homes, apartments, and family homes throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. ]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

Supervision
[Provide leadership and daily supervision to Supported Living staff.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
[Complete and approve timesheets, PTO, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
[Mentor staff, promote professional growth, and support crisis response.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
[Ensure all staff meet training, orientation, and certification requirements.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
[Maintain clear and effective communication within the Supported Living program.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Ensure compliance with all Envision, state, federal, and contractual regulations.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
[Oversee quality of services through visits, audits, and monitoring activities.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
[Prepare and submit required reports; develop corrective action plans as needed.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
[Manage admissions, discharges, and service planning to meet OISP requirements.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
[Monitor conditions of homes, vehicles, and service environments for safety and cleanliness.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
[Investigate and report incidents; implement prevention plans.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
