Nature's Bakery Director of Sales in Cincinnati, Ohio

Role Summary

The Director of Sales is responsible for driving profitable growth across assigned national customers for Nature’s Bakery. This individual contributor owns customer strategy, senior buyer relationships, and commercial execution to deliver revenue, share, and earnings objectives.​

This role serves as the primary commercial leader for assigned national accounts and translates brand and enterprise strategies into effective customer growth plans.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver annual and long-term targets for Net Sales, Earnings, Share, and Distribution​

  • Develop and execute customer growth strategies aligned to brand and enterprise priorities​

  • Own customer relationship and lead Joint Business Planning​

  • Drive performance across key commercial levers including distribution, pricing, assortment, shelving, and merchandising​

  • Use insights and data to optimize plans and accelerate growth​

  • If applicable,Lead broker partners to ensure aligned priorities and execution standards​

  • Coordinate cross-functional partners to deliver integrated customer plans​

  • Represent customer needs in internal planning, forecasting, and performance discussions​

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience across sales, revenue growth, or customer strategy roles, preferably within CPG​

  • Demonstrated success managing large national retail accounts​

  • Proven ability to develop and execute customer growth strategies​

  • Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills​

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate independently in complex customer environments​
