Our client is a large U.S. financial institution headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, operating over one thousand branches and a sizable ATM network across multiple states. The organization ranks on the Fortune 500 and is among the largest banks in the United States. Its history dates to a 1908 merger that formed the current name. The institution maintains a minority ownership stake in a major payments company.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

Design, construct, install, test, and maintain data management systems.
Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.
Ensure systems meet business requirements and align with industry practices.
Integrate emerging data management and software engineering technologies into existing data structures.
Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production.
Create custom software components and analytics applications.
Research new uses for existing data to enhance insights and value.
Employ multiple programming languages and tools to connect systems.
Collaborate with data architects, IT, and data scientists to achieve project goals.
Install and update disaster recovery procedures.
Recommend improvements to data reliability and quality.
Report on customer billing data and deliver Power BI dashboards focused on commercial billing merger activities.
Experience Requirements:

Ability to report on customer billing data.
Business intelligence and data engineering experience.
Experience delivering reporting for merger activities for commercial billing.
Proficiency with Power BI.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with non-relational and relational databases such as SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB.
Experience programming and/or architecting in a back-end language such as Java or J2EE.
Banking experience (preferred).

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
