The Data Developer / BI Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data models, pipelines, and Power BI solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. This role enables data ‑ driven decision ‑ making across the organization by ensuring data integrity, performance, and accessibility while partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders.
This position reports to the Manager, Data Analytics and is part of the Global Business Insights and Analytics team, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and data pipelines to support enterprise reporting and analytics
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes integrating data from multiple sources including CRM, ERP, and internal systems
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI visualizations
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that support strategic business decisions
Partner cross‑functionally with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective analytical solutions
The essential requirements of the job include :
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in data development, business intelligence, or analytics roles
Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
Demonstrated experience building and optimizing data models and data pipelines
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
Ability to travel up to 10%, primarily for internal collaboration and meetings
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience with Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Data Lake
Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics or data processing

The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - 125 , 0 00 USD Annual. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #L1-WT1
