Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Employment Supports Supervisor to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will oversee and support a team that provides employment services and supports to individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and provide guidance to Community Employment Supports staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate and monitor employment support services for individuals in the community.
