Aerotek Cleanroom Electrical Assembler in Cincinnati, Ohio
Job Title: Electrical Assembler 25/hr!!
Job Summary
This is a hands‑on Electrical Assembly role on 1st shift . You’ll be assembling electrical components, wiring harnesses, and small sub‑assemblies in a clean, organized environment. It’s a 3‑month contract‑to‑hire opportunity with strong stability, long‑term growth potential, and a simple interview process.
Pay is $19/hr.
What You’ll Do
• Review daily work orders, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
• Gather materials, tools, and components for each build
• Assemble electrical parts such as coils, harnesses, sensors, transformers, etc.
• Perform soldering, crimping, wire routing, and mechanical fastening
• Inspect assemblies for accuracy and quality before submitting to QA
• Work closely with quality inspectors or engineers when issues arise
• Document completed work in production logs or digital systems
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all cleanroom safety protocols

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
